Right to the left of this wall/sign is the hall for the bathrooms. Even if you don't know Spanish you can/should understand what this sign is saying. Yeah, that's right. You get arrested and go to jail if caught.

Where was that that I did not noticed it???
Right outside of the bathrooms at the market. Remember where we pulled up and the bathroom was waaaaaay in the back at the right. It was right outside it. And we noticed it. Good thing you kept your pen in your pocket.
