Are They Hungry?

Having been there, I was trying to figure out what the whole group was watching with such solemn looks on their faces. They're sitting outside our rooms at the motel on Utila. So what are they staring at? Even Renea, our team leader, was involved. Well, they are facing the restaurant and looking more specifically like the door of the restaurant. I'm guessing they were dutifully watching for someone to come out, ring the bell, and yell, COME AND GET IT!!!
Ha ha ha ...

Will the Owner of this Hand Please Stand Up?

This picture is from the Island of Utila. The clinic was upstairs and while the people waited downstairs waiting there were being entertained with manicures/pedicures, games with the children, etc. I like the way this picture came out. I've just one question. Who's hand is it?

He's Quite the Young Man

I heard today through the grapevine that Matt wants to sponsor Jonathan so he could go to school. Imagine that. Matt loved the kids and he especially loved Jonathan. You rock Matt!

God Bless the USA!!!

If you don't like this country. Leave. Go back home and visit. You need a reminder of why you came to this country in the first place.
I've been traveling and seeing first hand why people want to come to the good old U.S.A. We can't be all bad if so many people want in our grand land. But it sure can be far worse.

Mira Jeannie!

Do you recognize the gift you left behind last year? It's in the women's bunk room. And if you remember where the bunk was that Karleen and I slept in, well, that is where this is. No bunk there anymore. Isn't it gorgeous?

Our Final Supper

Where there are the absolute best steaks in town!!!

Here's Kerry!

I finally found one of her smiling. She had a great time, but in snapshots she was seeming so serious. But this is way she was most times.

Meet Susan and Scott

They live in Honduras as missionarys year round. Both contribute so much to God's work. I love them both dearly.

Karleen's Best Bud!

And here is Leanne

Busily entertaining the children.

Barb and Hank

While the people waited in line for the clinic there were numerous nail clinics set up. What a treat for the people to get their nails polished.

Can this really be considered work?

How? When you're in a location like this. I have to admit, I felt guilty a lot of the time.

Karleen really captured the glass art.
